Stewardship Campaign for 2012 Ministries

Duke Memorial is planning to
grow deeper roots
and a wider reach in 2012.
You’re invited to get involved!

Here’s what you can do now!  If you’ve made your pledge for next year, please pray for our congregation as we seek to fully fund our new initiatives for 2012.  If you have not made your pledge, please do so now by downloading the pledge form (click here) and mailing to Tim Smith, DMUMC Financial Secretary (504 W. Chapel Hill St., Durham NC  27701), or you can email Tim directly at (timsmith@dukememorial.org) with your confidential pledge for 2012.

Peace,

Eric & Crystal Miller, Stewardship Campaign Co-Chairs

How can I make a Legacy gift to Duke Memorial?

Consider making a gift to Duke Memorial as part of your legacy.   You may do this by including Duke Memorial in your will, including Duke Memorial as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy, setting up a charitable gift annuity that benefits Duke Memorial, or in other ways.  Contact Bill Self, Legacy Leader, or one of the pastors for help in planning to leave a gift to Duke Memorial that will leave a lasting legacy.

Financial Giving

Financial giving is one of the important ways we express our faith in God and our desire to contribute to what God is doing through the church to reach out to the world in love.  You are invited to contribute your own financial gifts to Duke Memorial’s ministry and to make your intention known to the church by completing an estimate of giving card for this year of ministry. Click here to download this year’s pledge card.

Pledging your anticipated giving allows the church to accurately plan for ministries throughout the year and also allows you the opportunity to depend on God to fulfill your pledge.  Thank you for considering making a pledge to support Duke Memorial’s ministries.

Questions about your pledge or contributions?

Contact Tim Smith, Financial Secretary.
