They are now transitioning to South Sudan, where they will work for a community-based health care and disciple-making mission. Come hear more about their transition and new ministry. The program will be from 9:45-10:45 in the Bradshaw Room.

Medicare Annual Election Period:
It Pays to Compare

Senior PharmAssist, a local nonprofit since 1994, is eager to help any Medicare beneficiary in Durham, regardless of age or income, review Medicare drug and medical coverage options for 2012.  Senior PharmAssist is now the North Carolina Seniors’ Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) coordinating site for Durham.  Individuals with Medicare should understand their coverage options because there can be major changes each year, especially with prescription coverage.  Obtaining reliable, objective advice is valuable.  Two-thirds of Senior PharmAssist participants during the past two years switched prescription coverage for an average savings of $500.00 per person.  For an appointment or more information call (919)688-4772.  Don’t delay – Medicare’s annual election period ends December 7.
