Duke Memorial Small Groups

FIND COMMUNITY
GROW IN YOUR FAITH

Small groups are a great place to deepen your relationship with God and with others. They are groups of 10-15 people who typically meet weekly for 10-12 weeks for fellowship, service, learning, and discussion.

This spring, our small groups will be 10 weeks long and coincide with Duke Memorial’s mission emphasis. The year’s mission theme is “Who is My Neighbor? Listening, Learning, and Living with Our City.” To go along with this theme, the church is reading a book together: Living Without Enemies: Being Present in the Midst of Violence, by Samuel Wells and Marcia Owen. This book focuses on Durham’s story and a model for mission that stresses presence – listening, learning, and living with others. We are offering multiple meeting times and places for small groups that will read this book. Other small group and fellowship offerings are also listed below.

Signing up for a small group is easy! Just fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Books will be available for $10 at the church or from your small group leader. The church will financially assist anyone who needs help paying for the book.
